EXPERIENCE IS KEY
Leongatha Kitchens & Bathrooms has four accredited Designers within the company. We are also a Registered Building Practitioner with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA). Our designers are qualified to design, draw and coordinate your project. They are specially trained to know what cabinetry, benchtops, lighting and accessories work best. They have comprehensive knowledge in design, construction, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
Dan Bruce
Owner. Designer. Project Manager.
Dan is a 2nd generation designer and cabinet maker. With over 20 years experience, Dan has a Cert. III in Building/Construction and Carpentry/Joinery and Cert. IV in Design of Kitchens, Bathrooms and Interior Spaces. Dan is a Registered Building Practitioner with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) (DB-L 64755, CDB-L 66067). He is also an accredited HIA GreenSmart Kitchen & Bathroom Professional. Dan is responsible for client liaison, quoting and project management. He has a passion for design and the vision to see your entire project completed in full detail.
Carrie Bruce
Owner. Office Manager.
Carrie has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, USA and her Masters from Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia. Carrie provides the behind-the-scenes management and her focus is on maintaining a reputation for outstanding quality, customer service and satisfaction.
Pippin Rice
Projects Desk Manager. Operations & Projects Administration.
Pip ensures every project runs smoothly, from bespoke high-end cabinetry to full home fit-outs for new builds and renovations. With decades of experience in project coordination, administration and team management, she streamlines processes to keep projects on time and stress-free. Passionate about problem-solving and client support, Pip is dedicated to maintaining clear communication and efficient workflows. She upholds the values that drive our business, ensuring a seamless experience from concept to completion.
Monika Kucewicz
Designer. Consultant.
Monika brings a wealth of experience to the table, specialising in client liaison, design consultation and quoting. With a Diploma of Interior Decoration and Design and an Associate Degree in Social Science, she blends years of expertise with a deep understanding of current trends. Monika’s infectious laugh and vibrant passion for art and design make her a true joy to work with, ensuring a seamless and exciting journey through every stage of your project.
Britney Williames
Designer. Estimator.
Brit is responsible for designing and estimating. With a Bachelor of Interior Design from Billy Blue College of Design, Brit brings expertise in creating thoughtful, functional and beautifully designed spaces. She works closely with clients to understand their vision, providing expert guidance on space planning, material selections and custom joinery solutions. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for seamless design, Brit ensures each project is both practical and visually stunning, delivering results that enhance your everyday living.
Zoé Kusberg
Designer. Estimator.
Zoe is responsible for designing and estimating. Originally from France, she has a Diploma of Interior Design from the Australian Pacific College, Brisbane. With a passion for cabinetry design and construction, she first got her start in the industry as a trade's assistant building cabinetry in Katherine, NT. She quickly advanced to CNC manufacturing and CAD designing, combining her meticulous eye for design with craftmanship at the core. Zoe is an intricate part of the design and estimating team, ensuring attention to detail and quality.
